Worthwhile Life under Care of Great Leader (3)
Pyongyang, July 6 (KCNA) -- This is a moving story about relationship between the leader of the DPRK and a road caretaker.

On his way of field guidance to Jagang Province of the country in August 2000 General Secretary Kim Jong Il met Kim Song Nyo, a road caretaker of merit at the Songgan County Road Repair and Administration Station, and all members of her workteam on a pass called Kubong.

Kim Song Nyo has devotedly worked as a road caretaker for decades. She persuaded all her family members, sons and daughters and even sons- and daughters-in-law, to follow her before forming a family workteam of caretakers.

Leader Kim Jong Il called her family a patriotic one, showing deep solicitude for it.

To live up to this love she has provided tens of tons of weathered-gneiss and planted many trees and flowers along the road every year.

Her grandsons and granddaughters gave up their jobs and joined the family workteam to take care of Kubong Pass, touching the people.

Kim Song Nyo is now well past seventy, but she always finds herself among the family workteam members taking care of road on the pass with yearning for the leader.
