Anniversary of Kim Il Sung's Visit to Mongolia Observed
Pyongyang, July 5 (KCNA) -- A film show was held at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Corps Club Tuesday to mark the 55th anniversary of President Kim Il Sung's visit to Mongolia and the 90th anniversary of the victory in the Mongolian people's revolution.

Present there on invitation were Ambassador Sodovjamts Khurelbaatar and staff members of the Mongolian embassy here.

Jon Yong Jin, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries and chairman of the DPRK-Mongolia Friendship Association, members of the Association and working people in the city were on hand.

The participants watched the Korean documentary film "President Kim Il Sung Meets Foreign Heads of State and Prominent Figures" (Part 6) and Mongolian documentary "Inspiring Mongolia".

A friendly gathering with staff members of the Mongolian embassy took place at DPRK-Mongolia Friendship Pyongyang Songyo Secondary School on the same day.

Present on invitation were the ambassador and staff members of the embassy.

Jong Yong Jin and members of the Association and teachers and students of the school were on hand.

After being briefed on the history of the school, the guests toured education facilities.

They enjoyed an art performance given by students and talked with each other about the need to boost the friendly relations between the two countries.
