Worthwhile Life under Care of Great Leader (1)
Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- The Korean people form a harmonious family with their General Secretary Kim Jong Il, looking up to him as their father and leading a worthwhile life of dedication to him.

During the arduous march Kim Jong Il held up the banner of the Songun revolution, believing in the army and people. He is now arousing them with loving care and trust to glorify socialist Korea, heritage bequeathed down by President Kim Il Sung.

A number of ordinary Koreans including soldiers, workers, farmers, scientists, artistes and children whom he met during his forced march of field guidance work for the leader, party and the country, blessed by him.

Kamnamu (persimmon) company is well known as a women's coast artillery company always remembered by Kim Jong Il.

In February, Juche 84 (1995) he visited the company despite the strong sea wind. He showed fatherly loving care for company commander Choe Myong Ok, company political instructor Ri Yong Wol and all other women soldiers of the company.

His field guidance produced such a moving story as "Coast Artillerywomen and Medicated Cream". Another touching story that he kept his promise to come back when persimmons were ripen is conveyed till today.

Even after they were discharged from the military service those women soldiers fulfilled their duty and obligation to live up to the leader's trust and loving care.

The then commander became an official of a power institute and now an official of the party committee of the Changgwang Health Complex, the country's leading cultural and public service center, while the then political instructor an official of the party committee of the Scientists' Hotel after being schooled at a party cadre training institute.

The women soldiers who spent their military life under the loving care of the leader are now leading a worthwhile life as officials of important units in the society.
