US Criticizes Japan over Territorial Issue

| Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- The United States criticized Japan over the Japan-Russia dealing over the "northern territories," according to a U.S. diplomatic message opened to public by WikiLeaks. In April 2009 the U.S. embassy in Tokyo in this message to the mainland said Japan has neither plan for negotiations on return of territories nor leader to push forward it. |
