NATO, US Soldiers Killed in Afghanistan, Iraq

| Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- More NATO soldiers in Afghanistan and U.S. soldiers in Iraq met deaths due to the military operations of the resistance forces. Three NATO soldiers were killed on Sunday in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast in southern and western Afghanistan. A total of 267 NATO soldiers, most of them Americans, have been killed in Afghanistan since the beginning of this year. Two U.S. soldiers were killed in northern Iraq during operations on Sunday. Meanwhile, a NATO helicopter crashed in south Afghanistan on June 23. |
