Choe Yong Rim Congratulates Portuguese PM

| Pyongyang, June 26 (KCNA) -- DPRK Premier Choe Yong Rim on June 24 sent a congratulatory message to Pedro Passos Coelho on his appointment as Prime Minister of Portugal. The message wished him success in his work for development and prosperity of the country. Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun sent a congratulatory message to Paulo Portas on his appointment as foreign minister of Portugal. |
