The work, published on January 29, 2003, clarifies the idea that the Songun-based revolutionary line, the Songun politics of the Workers' Party of Korea, is an effective political mode in the present era as it carried forward and developed President Kim Il Sung's idea and line of attaching importance to the arms.

Semyonov, chairman of the Association, said at a book-releasing ceremony on June 21 that the validity and vitality of the Songun politics are being further displayed day by day and that many countries would accept the Songun politics of Kim Jong Il.
