European Commission Official Describes Fukushima Nuclear Crisis as Man-Made Disaster

| Pyongyang, June 24 (KCNA) -- The accident at Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant was caused not only by nature but also man, said a member of the European Commission at a press interview on June 20. The plant was put out of control right after the accident, he said. He said no one can rule out the possibility of the worst situation. |
