S. Korean Workers Protest U.S. Forces' Environmental Pollution
Pyongyang, June 23 (KCNA) -- Workers affiliated with the south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions denounced the U.S. forces for their environmental pollution in south Korea. They simultaneously held anti-U.S. rallies before the U.S. military bases across south Korea including Kunsan on June 15.

Speakers accused GIs of having thrown away defoliant and other toxic material and even nuclear waste at random in south Korea.

The U.S. forces have committed lots of crimes since their occupation of south Korea but the "government" has so far kept mum, the speakers deplored.

They called on all the workers to turn out in protests against their crimes in solidarity with other people.

They demanded the U.S. forces apologize for all their crimes and withdraw from south Korea at once.
