S. Korean Authorities Hit for Evading Blame for Registration Fee Issue
Pyongyang, June 22 (KCNA) -- University students of south Korea held a candlelight rally at Chonggye Square in Seoul on June 19 to condemn the puppet authorities for evading the responsibility for the registration fee issue.

At the rally speakers said that students are now compelled to stay away from classes or come out for earning money due to the high registration fee.

But Lee Myung Bak and conservative media are floating a rumor that the failure to honor the commitment to halve registration fee is due to the lack of budget and private schools, they charged.

It is nonsensical to talk about the lack of budget since the authorities railroaded a bill on the project for improving four large rivers, which needs allocation of tens of trillions of won, and squandered a huge amount of money to arrest the bankruptcy of big businesses, they said.

The issue of private schools, too, should be settled by the "government", they urged, stating that all assertions of the authorities are nothing but a pretext to evade their responsibility.
