Vitali Kulik, chairman of the federation, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

He said at the ceremony that on the occasion of the centenary of birth of Kim Il Sung the committee would study and widely disseminate his works and actively introduce the achievements made by the Korean people in building a thriving nation under the leadership of Kim Jong Il.

A decision was adopted at the ceremony. It said:

We express our will to participate together with the world's Juche idea followers in a world conference on the Juche idea to be held in Pyongyang of the DPRK in April 2012.

Our task is to show that the idea of the President is the guidelines of the world's anti-imperialist fighters.

The Juche idea has become the theory and practice for the world revolution and the basis of activities of all the anti-imperialist forces.

A letter to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the ceremony.
