Japanese Dietmen Oppose Military Drill by US Forces in Japan

| Pyongyang, June 17 (KCNA) -- The Kagoshima Prefectural League of Dietmen from the Democratic Party in Japan recently submitted to the Defense Ministry and the Party Headquarters a resolution opposing military drills by the U.S. forces in Japan. The U.S. forces in Japan have planned to stage take-off and landing drill of U.S. carrier-borne planes on Make Island in Kagoshima Prefecture. In this regard the resolution rejected this drill, saying that it would bring uneasiness to inhabitants. |
