Presentation of Writings by Foreign Students in DPRK
Pyongyang, June 16 (KCNA) -- "We Sing of the Sun of Songun", a meeting for public presentation of writings by foreign students studying at Kim Il Sung University and Kim Hyong Jik University of Education, was held at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Corps Club Thursday to mark the 47th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's start of work at the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea.

At the meeting which began with chorus of "O Korea, I Will Add Glory to Thee", an immortal masterpiece, those foreign students spoke highly of the undying feats and personality of Kim Jong Il as a great man who has made the history of invincibility with the unique Songun politics.

The presented works included travel notes "Following up the footsteps of the brilliant commander of Mt. Paektu" and "Beautiful Pyongyang", impressions "Mangyongdae, sacred place of the sun", visitor's account "Torch of Juche lightening all over the world", essay "Korea in my heart" and occasional notes "Azalea".

In their works Chinese students expressed their resolution to contribute to developing through generations the DPRK-China friendly relations provided by the revolutionaries of elder generation.

They also sang "Song of Mangyongdae", "General and Children" and other Korean songs with reverence for President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.
