Chinese Senior Official Calls for Maintaining Principal Line in Defense Building

| Beijing, June 15 (KCNA) -- Guo Boxiong, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of China recently called for holding fast to the subject and principal line of national defence and army building. He made this call while making a study tour of the Lanzhou battle area. Guo stressed the need to pay deep attention to thoroughly implementing the important theory of President Hu Jintao on national defence and army building under the new situation and effectively fulfilling the historic mission of the Chinese army in conformity with the realistic conditions of the new century and new stage. |
