The book contains 41 works including historic talks, speeches and conclusions made by President Kim Il Sung from August Juche 82 (1993) to July Juche 83 (1994).

The work "Five Tasks of Party Cells" clarifies the original idea and policy of strengthening the party, the staff of the revolution, increasing its role and ensuring the party leadership over the socialist cause.

"Talk with the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Belgium" and "Socialism of Our Country Is One of Juche" and other works give perfect answers to the Juche-oriented revolutionary principle to be adhered to in the revolutionary party building and party activities, the essential character and advantages and invincibility of socialism in the DPRK.

The book indicates the tasks and ways for thoroughly carrying out the revolutionary economic strategy of the party and bringing about a new surge in the socialist economic construction. And it contains works giving lucid answers to issues arising in providing a new phase of the country's reunification.

"On Some Tasks before the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan at Present", "Korean Women in Commerce in Japan Should Make Efforts for the Prosperity and Development of the Country" and other works clarify the issues of consolidating the Chongryon organization and widely conducting the patriotic work among Koreans in Japan.

Also contained in the book are works clarifying theoretical and practical issues arising in successfully bringing up the members of the Children's Union as successors to the revolution, consistently materializing the idea of independence, peace and friendship as required by the prevailing situation and strengthening the international solidarity with the Korean revolution.
