The letter noted that the seminar praised Kim Il Sung's immortal feats for the human cause of independence and Kim Jong Il's devoted efforts for the victory of the socialist cause and global independence. It was also a gathering of significance in greatly encouraging the struggle of the world progressives aspiring after independence and their activities for the study and dissemination of the Juche idea, it said.

The participants in the seminar were unanimous in stressing that the Juche idea is a beacon most clearly showing the road ahead of the world progressives striving to build an independent world and the banner of independence, it said.

It noted that under the leadership of Kim Jong Il the human cause of independence pioneered by the President is dynamically advancing toward the final victory despite all sorts of challenges and trials.

The Songun politics pursued by Kim Jong Il serves as the most reasonable response to the enemies' moves under the present complicated world situation, it stressed.

We fully support the decision of the 13th enlarged meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the International Institute of the Juche Idea on convening a world conference on the Juche idea in Pyongyang, the capital of the DPRK, in April 2012 marking the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung, the letter said.
