Kim Jong Il's Feats Lauded by Foreign Media
Pyongyang, June 11 (KCNA) -- Newspapers of Bangladesh and Nepal each specially edited General Secretary Kim Jong Il's portraits and photographs and articles under various titles on the occasion of the 47th anniversary of his start of work at the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea.

The Bangladeshi newspaper Blits on June 3 and 4 in articles titled "Kim Jong Il, our general", "Korea's feature" and "Deeply rooted Songun idea" said that Kim Jong Il is successfully carrying forward President Kim Il Sung's idea and cause.

The newspaper stressed that Kim Jong Il further developed in depth the Songun idea founded by the President as required by the developing reality, defending and glorifying the President’s Songun leadership feats.

The Nepali newspaper Arpan on June 3 said that Kim Jong Il created many anecdotes about loving care for people true to the will of the President who believed in people as in Heaven for about 50 years since he started his work at the WPK Central Committee. It gave a detailed account of the fact that Kim Jong Il made sure that people was placed above anything in any case.

A Guinean news agency on June 2 said that the DPRK's single-minded unity reached a high stage thanks to Kim Jong Il and the WPK has developed into a mighty mass party which formed a harmonious whole with the popular masses.

On the same day, the domestic and international channels of the broadcasting service of Guinea and its seven national language broadcasting channel aired the similar program.
