Bean Yogurt Production Technology Developed
Pyongyang, June 9 (KCNA) -- The Grain Processing Research Institute of the Branch Academy of Light Industrial Science under the State Academy of Sciences has developed a new technology for bean yogurt production.

The technology based on a high-temperature inoculated zymotechnics does not need any cooling and fermentation processes.

It provides natural cooling and fermentation simultaneously.

The new method is easier than the existing one.

The technology, which won a top prize at the 26th National Festival of Science and Technology held in Pyongyang in April, has already proved effective in some factories.
