The bulletin in an article said that stories about what happened when the historic June 15 joint declaration, a landmark of the country's reunification, was published still move many people.

Under the subtitles "Handshake of century", "exception and exception" and "Wife seated away from the president" the bulletin said:

Kim Jong Il came out to the airport without any prior notice and cordially met President Kim Dae Jung, greatly stirring the world all of a sudden.

He boarded the limousine carrying Kim Dae Jung, not wedded to the established practice, and accompanied him to the state guest house amid the warm welcome of hundreds of thousands of people.

During the banquet Kim Jong Il saw the first lady sitting at another table. Asking Kim Dae Jung why he himself was making his family a divided one, Kim Jong Il invited her who did not know what to do with herself to sit at the main table.
