US Forces' Crimes Censured in S. Korea
Pyongyang, June 4 (KCNA) -- Members of civic and public organizations of south Korea including the Seoul Solidarity for Reunification and students held a candlelight rally before the U.S. embassy in Seoul on May 30 denouncing the U.S. forces present in south Korea for burying defoliant.

At the rally speakers said that the U.S. forces' burial of defoliant is gravely threatening the health of the people and it is hard to image how seriously it will affect them in the future.

The people's resentment at the U.S. forces' crimes is running high day by day, they noted, demanding the U.S. make an open apology for the crimes and thoroughly compensate for them.

They declared that they would stage a candlelight action and all-people signature campaign denouncing the defoliant burial by the U.S. forces present in south Korea.
