The farm has built a new orchard covering hundreds of hectares and expanded nurseries in years. It has also built many dwelling houses.

The farm, with all necessary facilities for cultivation of saplings, produces tens of thousands of young dwarf apple trees annually.

It also has an air-conditioned fruit storehouse with the capacity of several dozen tons.

A gravity-fed irrigation system is working well in the farm.

The irrigation system is also used for applying fertilizers and agricultural chemicals to fruit trees.
