Lee Myung Bak Blamed for Pushing North-South Relations to Uncontrollable Phase
Pyongyang, June 1 (KCNA) -- The north-south relations reached an uncontrollable phase. This is entirely attributable to the Lee Myung Bak group which escalated confrontation with the DPRK from the very day it came to power.

Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says this in a bylined commentary.

The conservative group of south Korea had no intention to develop the inter-Korean relations and work for reunification through dialogue and negotiations from the outset, the news analyst says, and goes on:

The Lee group's "policy toward the north" is an unprecedented confrontation policy as it totally negates the relations that had existed between the north and the south since the advent of the June 15 era.

The north-south relations have been seriously affected by the moves for confrontation and war for the past more than three years due to the reckless treacherous acts of the Lee regime to realize its ambition for "unifying the systems" while antagonizing fellow countrymen.

It has become clear that it has not an iota of intention to have dialogue with the DPRK but is only keen to stand in confrontation with it to the last and realize its scenario to invade it by force of arms.

The present puppet authorities are die-hard confrontation maniacs who gave up their idea to live with compatriots under the same sky. They are a group of hooligans bereft of elementary political sense, national character and human ethics and morality.

The DPRK has nothing to be bound to anything or has no reason to hesitate now that it is fully aware of the true intention of the Lee group. Pinning any hope on it now is little short of wasting time.
