Russian President Warns of New Arms Race

Moscow, May 30 (KCNA) -- Russian President Dmitri Medvedev at a press conference on May 27 warned of the possible new arms race.

The missile defense system to be deployed by the U.S. in Europe is clearly targeted on Russia, he said.

If the U.S. fails to agree with Russia over the MD, a new arms race will kick off after 2020, he warned.
