| Pyongyang, May 29 (KCNA) -- Humberto Vargas Carbonel, general secretary of the C.C., the People's Vanguard of Costa Rica, released a statement on May 21 on the occasion of the 47th anniversary of the start of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's work at the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea.
