New Exhibits of Korean Revolution Museum
Pyongyang, May 28 (KCNA) -- The Korean Revolution Museum newly houses historic relics and materials concerning revolutionary feats of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

The new exhibits include materials about a Juche-based policy of army building President Kim Il Sung advanced after the Korean war (1950-1953) and the feats he performed in developing the Korean People's Army into a strong army, and a recorded speech he delivered at a national meeting of agricultural cooperatives in early January Juche 48 (1959), proclaiming the victory in the socialist revolution.

They also show that he successfully guided the effort for establishing Juche in the postwar period and conducted energetic external activities in the 1950s for the victorious advance of the Korean revolution.

A miniature of an office room of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea where he worked from April 1956 to October 1962 is also on show along with several dozen pieces of historic relics.

Multimedia "Working Spirit of the 1950s Entailed by Great Revolutionary Upsurge" and "Phyongnam Irrigation Project Opening a New History of Agricultural Irrigation System" are available at the museum.

Also on display are a photo the President had taken with an anti-Japanese revolutionary fighter, field quilted uniforms and fur caps Kim Jong Il sent to officials.
