Earthquake Hits Philippines, Papua New Guinea

| Pyongyang, May 27 (KCNA) -- A 5.7-magnitude earthquake jolted Mindoro Island, Philippines on May 23. The epicenter was waters off the western area of the island. On May 21 a 5.8-magnitude earthquake hit eastern New Guinea region of Morobe in Papua New Guinea. The epicenter was 252 km north of Port Moresby. |
