Quakes and Volcano Hit Different Countries
Pyongyang, May 26 (KCNA) -- A 6.1-magnitude earthquake jolted waters off northeastern area of Kermadec Islands, New Zealand, on May 22.

The epicenter was 942 km northeast from Auckland City.

On the same day a 5.2-magnitude quake hit Taiwan. Its epicenter was around Hualian County.

Meanwhile, a powerful eruption has started in Iceland's most active volcano Grimsvotn on May 21.

The sky in the area around the volcano was set as a no-fly zone.
