Governor of Okinawa, Protests against U.S. Forces' Parachuting Drill

Pyongyang, May 25 (KCNA) -- The governor of Okinawa Prefecture, Japan in a statement on May 20 protested against the parachuting drill staged by the U.S. forces present in the prefecture.

Accusing the U.S. forces in Kadena base of staging a parachuting drill without any prior notice to the prefectural authorities, the statement strongly demanded the Japanese government and the U.S. ban such drill in the future.
