Chinese Defense Minister Decries US Reconnaissance

| Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- Qian Lihua, director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Ministry of National Defense of China, on May 12 released a statement in denunciation of the U.S. forces' reconnaissance against his country, according to Nihon Keizai Shimbun. The statement said that the U.S. forces' massive spying on Chinese waters and others has become a source of conflict which might trigger an accident. On the other hand, the U.S. arms sale to Taiwan is an obstacle lying in the relations between the U.S. and China. |
