Arctic Ice Melts Rapidly
Pyongyang, May 14 (KCNA) -- Arctic ice is melting rapidly, arousing concern of the international community.

According to a recent survey result, about 50 billion tons of ice melted in Greenland in the 1995-2000 period and 200 billion tons in the 2004-2008 period.

It is reported that ice in the Arctic Ocean is expected to totally melt within 30-40 years to come.
