The director of the Police Agency on May 9 ordered the policemen to carry arms including pistols in ordinary time and make active use of them if circumstances are created.

He also threatened to resign any policemen in case they do not use weapons in time.

He declared that steps would be taken to prevent any punishment for policemen using weapons.
