Abolition of NSL Demanded in S. Korea
Pyongyang, May 13 (KCNA) -- Jaju Minbo, an Internet newspaper of south Korea, on Monday released an article demanding the abolition of the "National Security Law", a treacherous anti-reunification law.

The Intelligence Service and the Police Agency applied warrants of arrest for former and incumbent members of the Youth and Students Solidarity for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration on charges of the violation of the NSL, but their applications were all rejected on May 6, the article noted.

In this regard accusations against the reckless repression by the Intelligence Service and the Police Agency are growing stronger among the progressive forces including reunification movement organizations, it said.

It is disgrace of the nation that the evil law inciting the permanent division of the nation and cracking down on the pro-reunification patriots still remains in force, the article said, stressing that the NSL should be abolished at an early date.
