Mozambican PM and Party Leader on Relations with DPRK
Pyongyang, May 12 (KCNA) -- DPRK Ambassador to Mozambique An Hui Jong paid a farewell call on Aires Ali, prime minister of the country, on May 4 and on Philipe Paunde, secretary general of the Mozambique Liberation Front Party, on May 3.

The prime minister fully supported all the measures of the government of the DPRK to develop economy and improve the standard of the people's living and hoped that the Korean people would build a thriving nation at an early date.

Mozambique extends support and solidarity to the DPRK government and the Korean people in their struggle to peacefully settle the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula and achieve the independent and peaceful reunification of the country, he noted. The two countries have long maintained the good friendly relations, he said, expressing the hope that the bilateral exchange and cooperation would grow stronger.

The secretary general of the party positively supported the Korean people in their just cause of national reunification, expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the Mozambican Liberation Front Party and the Workers' Party of Korea would grow stronger in the future.
