| Pyongyang, May 10 (KCNA) -- Vietnam and South Africa on May 4 concluded a treaty on developing the bilateral cooperative relations in various fields including politics and economy. Earlier on May 3, representatives of customs agencies from 16 Latin American and Caribbean countries met in the capital of Panama to discuss legal measures needed to be taken to improve the control of smuggling. They agreed to establish an efficient cooperation against smuggling. |
