Gabonese President Calls for Unity of Continental Countries

Pyongyang, May 8 (KCNA) -- Gabon's President Ali Bongo Ondimba, speaking at a recent international meeting, called upon the African countries to get united as regards the issue of climate change.

"The question for us leaders is how committed we are to be a little less selfish and to think of the community as a whole," he said.

He said that African countries would be determined to speak with one voice so that a new agreement on global warming can be adopted at the international meeting on climate change to be held in the future.
