Struggle for Workers' Rights Called for in S. Korea
Pyongyang, May 8 (KCNA) -- Members of the Federation of Trade Unions for Democracy, the Confederation of Trade Unions and the Memorial Society for Martyr Kim Hon Jong in south Korea held a memorial service at Moran Park in Namyangju City, Kyonggi Province on May 4 at which they vowed to struggle for the workers' rights.

They recalled that Kim Hon Jong fought against unreasonable discrimination against part-time workers and for political right of the workers, democratization of society and independent reunification.

They declared that they would not stop the struggle to bring about a new world of independent reunification desired by Kim, a world in which the genuine right of the workers is ensured.
