Namibian PM Hopes for Closer Cooperation with DPRK
Pyongyang, May 7 (KCNA) -- Namibia hopes for positively promoting cooperation with the DPRK in various fields.

Namibian Prime Minister Nahas Angula said this on April 26 when meeting with the outgoing DPRK Ambassador to his country An Hui Jong.

I will always remember the deep impressions I got while visiting the DPRK several times in the past, the prime minister said, and went on:

Namibia supports the calls made by the DPRK in a joint editorial for this year for giving spurs to light industry once again to bring about a decisive turn in improving the standard of people's living and building a thriving nation and for positively promoting dialogue in order to preserve peace on the Korean Peninsula.

It is our conviction that the Korean people will certainly build a thriving nation on the basis of the self-supporting national economy.

The war maneuvers of the U.S. and the south Korean authorities are incompatible with dialogue.

We strongly denounce the hostile forces for their provocations against the DPRK.
