The agency clarified it would push forward the work to procure large attack helicopters in a report submitted to the "Defense Committee of the National Assembly" on April 13, the organization noted, adding that this was part of the present "government's" moves to carry out the strategy for mounting a preemptive attack on the north.

It demanded an immediate halt to the arms buildup as it diametrically runs counter to the wishes of the whole nation and international public for the improved inter-Korean relations and peace on the Korean Peninsula.

The organization stressed that it would intensify the actions for checking the moves for procuring the above-said helicopters with the taxes collected from the people and achieve peace.
