Nonmetallic Infrared Radiator Developed
Pyongyang, May 2 (KCNA) -- The Electronic Materials Research Institute of the DPRK State Academy of Sciences developed a nonmetallic infrared radiator.

The bar-type radiator quickly heats and dries things inside and outside.

It raises infrared radiation up to more than 90 percent, while adjusting the radiation band.

The new device, low in production cost, has good resistance to electric heat and economizes 30 percent of electricity at drying processes.

It has already proved effective in footwear and foodstuff factories.
