The secretary of the Sogd Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan highly praised Kim Il Sung for founding the original Juche idea, the Songun idea and successfully embodying them in practice, thereby turning the DPRK into an invincible socialist power.

The undying exploits performed by the President have been successfully carried forward by Kim Jong Il, he said, referring to the fact that Kim Jong Il has firmly defended the dignity and sovereignty of the country and the nation under the uplifted banner of Songun and powerfully aroused the army and people of the DPRK to a dynamic drive for building a great prosperous and powerful nation.
