The festival is to be held in such forms and ways as city-planning and architectural design prize contest, national symposium on architecture and construction and competition for modernization of architectural designing.

Presented to it will be works selected at provincial festivals, valuable papers, architectural design programs and multimedia.

There will be the 6th Symposium on Architectural Aesthetics during the festival.

The festival and symposium will bring together architects and construction technicians from across the country.
