Choesung Pavilion on Moran Hill
Pyongyang, April 22 (KCNA) -- The Choesung Pavilion is one of the tourist attractions in Pyongyang.

The pavilion standing on the peak of Moran Hill is a spectacular sight.

Originally, the pavilion was called Osung. But it was renamed Choesung later as it commands an excellent view.

The pavilion was rebuilt in 1716.

The single-storied building with a hip-saddle roof and double eaves has battlements and a whole ceiling.

A legend says fairies came down from sky and enjoyed themselves around the pavilion enclosed with many beautiful flowers and trees.
