Three Commanders of Mt. Paektu Awarded in Ecuador

| Pyongyang, April 21 (KCNA) -- President Kim Il Sung, General Secretary Kim Jong Il and anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk were awarded with the title of honorary citizenship by a city of Bolivar Province, Ecuador. The certificate said that the title of the citizenship is awarded to the three great persons of the DPRK as a token of the citizens' desire for boosting the fraternal friendship with the Korean people and strengthening solidarity with the Korean revolution based on the Juche idea. A certificate delivery ceremony took place at the city government building on April 7. The certificate was handed over to the chief of the DPRK group of Koryo medicine cooperation. |
