Present there were Minister of Culture An Tong Chun who is chairman of the festival organizing committee, the vice-chairmen of the committee, officials concerned and artistes of different countries and overseas Korean artistes.

Speeches were made at the meeting.

The participants talked to each other about the successful festival and the need to further develop the exchange and cooperation among artistes. They deepened friendship, singing and dancing together.
