Punishment of Corrupt Politician Demanded in S. Korea
Pyongyang, April 18 (KCNA) -- At least 30 women's organizations of south Korea including the Federation of Women Organizations in a joint statement on April 13 demanded that Kang Yong Sok, a lawmaker from the "Grand National Party", be punished for insulting a woman.

Recalling that he heaped unspeakably insulting words upon a woman student who wished to be an anchorwoman in the past, sparking off a furor, the statement said: This was an encroachment on women's rights.

There have been ceaseless acts of molesting and insulting women committed by the GNP but they have not been strictly punished.

It demanded such corrupt man be ousted from the "National Assembly" without fail.
