Palestinian FM Slams Jewish Settlement Construction

| Pyongyang, April 18 (KCNA) -- Palestinian Foreign Minister Riad Al-Maliki in an interview on April 13 bitterly condemned Israel's moves for expansion of Jewish settlements. Accusing Israel of favoring Jewish settlement construction rather than peace, he said that this position makes the resumption of peace talks with the Palestinians more difficult. "It is unexpected that there would be any serious negotiations with the Israeli side," he said. |
