Present there were Chief Vice-Chairman Ho Jong Man and vice-chairmen of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, deputies to the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, advisors to the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, the permanent advisor to the Research Institute on History of Korean Residents in Japan, directors of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, senior officials of leading organizations and businesses, chairmen of the Chongryon headquarters in Kanto and other officials and compatriots.

The participants watched video lecture "Our Eternal Father".
