Discussed at the meeting were issues of strengthening state system of public health, training many medical workers and providing medical supplies in African countries.

At the end of the meeting, the "Brazzaville Declaration on Non-infectious Diseases" was adopted as a part of action plan to cope with many diseases.

Information and technical exchanges and hygienic propaganda for prevention of diseases in those countries will take place in accordance with it.
