They included a delegation of Koreans in Japan, delegations of the General Association of Koreans in China, the Federation of Koreans in the U.S., the Federation of Koreans in Canada and the Federation of Koreans in Australia.

They laid floral baskets and bouquets before the statue and paid tribute to the President.
