New Cooking Method
Pyongyang, April 9 (KCNA) -- New cooking methods were introduced at the 16th April Holiday Food Festival held in Pyongyang some days ago.

One of them is preparing dishes with smoke-turned liquid seasoning. The method was presented by Pyongyang Hotel.

Meat or fish is injected with the seasoning several times, kept or dried at different temperatures and then smoked in an oven at 120 to 140 degrees centigrade for 40 minutes.

Dishes prepared by this method are nutritive and free from noxious substances.
